The License Agreement we offer is worldwide. You always retain ownership of your masters. We pay a royalty of 75%, based on the net amount that we receive in connection with your music. The term of the agreement is ongoing until you or we decide to terminate. You get to decide, with respect to each track that you submit to us, whether you want to let us make that track available for free for promotional purposes, and whether you want to let us alter the track by adding scratches, intros, etc. for use in compilation albums.

We ask for the rights to distribute your music both in digital form, and in traditional form (example of “traditional form” – CDs, cassettes). We also ask for the rights to license your music for use in films, TV, videogames, etc. We ask for all of these rights on a
non-exclusive basis, EXCEPT that, for digital distribution, you can pick whether you want us to handle your music on an exclusive basis or a non-exclusive basis.
Here’s the difference between the exclusive and non-exclusive deals:

EXCLUSIVE DEAL for digital distribution - EP / ALBUM only:
- exclusive deal
- applies only to your submission of a full EP or ALBUM with ready cover artwork
- 75% royalty per each song
- $10 fee per track (you don't pay anything upfront because we collect the $10 per track handling fee        from the first royalties we collect on your behalf. If no royalties are collected, you owe us nothing)

NON-EXCLUSIVE DEAL for digital distribution - SINGLE tracks only:
- non-exclusive deal*
- applies only to single tracks which will be released in our mixtapes
- 75% royalty per each song
- $30 fee per track to be paid upfront via paypal to info@mp3mixtape.com (once your           track is approved - we will notify you so)

*If you choose the non-exclusive digital deal, you still must notify us before you arrange to have anyone else distribute any of the music that we are already distributing for you. This is so that
we can help you avoid problems due to duplicate submissions. You don’t want to end up with two different companies submitting the same song to the same music services – the music services don’t like that, and they can get confused about whom to pay.

You make the decision whether to go exclusive or non-exclusive with us on a track-by-track basis.
For example, you can give us Song 1 on an exclusive basis, and Song 2 on a non-exclusive basis.

No matter which digital deal you select, if you have submitted a track to us for digital distribution and you then decide to withdraw that track from us, we will charge a fee of $75 for each album containing that track which we have previously licensed to a licensee. (For example, suppose that you have submitted five tracks to us, and you then want to withdraw two of them. If we have already put both of those tracks on a single compilation album and licensed that album to a licensee, then you would owe $75.  If we have put each of those tracks on a different compilation album and licensed both of those albums to a licensee, then you would owe $150.) This charge goes towards our administrative costs.
